Yes, I’m so excited about this! Marissa Maharaj is a beautiful and extremely talented artist based in Seattle, WA. [Fun fact: I used to sing with her in the musicals when we were in high school.] If you like Ingrid Michaelson, you will love Letters (She covers You And I.) Her simple, beautifully sung lyrics along with guitar strumming, piano, and banjo creates a melancholy but inspiring mood. My personal favorite is the old-school feel of the waltz & accordion in Waltz (We Are In Love). I feel like I am watching a couple dance in a park in Paris (call me a romantic, haters gon hate).
