- SHAKEDOWN Vol. II headliners are two of Los Angeles’s premier Bass Music Producers; FLINCH (Smog L.A.) & NO BODY (LED)
- FLINCH (Smog L.A.): Los Angeles based beat maker Adam Glassco, better known as Flinch, is no stranger to the EDM world. A veteran producer who has progressed effortlessly from his beginnings in drum & bass and then electro, to current endeavors into jump-up and deeper, more melodic synth-based dubstep. The succession of sounds Flinch adheres to reflects a new breed of artists distinguished most by his ability to marry a massive, tear-out bassline with a melody that could serenade your grandmother, or create tracks that pair careful grit & distortion with catchy songwriting. A true tastemaker, Flinch consistently delivers a wide selection of cuts riding between the UK funky, club, moombahton, techno, garage, and dubstep genre lines. There is an undeniable buzz in the bass music world for Flinch’s recent productions on labels like SMOG and Trouble & Bass records, but most notably the massive “World On Fire,” which has often been championed by Skrillex, 12th Planet, and Datsik and is making a huge impact with audiences worldwide. http://soundcloud.com/flinchbass
- NO BODY (LED): Ruben and Kevin first met after performing at the world famous Control Los Angeles in Hollywood, CA. They expressed an interest in collaborating with one another and to their surprise, their efforts went incredibly well. No Body was formed soon after in November 2010, after Ruben and Kevin successfully collaborated to create their first original tracks (Don’t Go, Two, We Speak American). Receiving support from some of the best in the business such as; Deadmau5, Tiesto, Hardwell, Axwell, Sidney Samson, Chris Lake, Congorock, Dada Life, Autoerotique, Porter Robinson, Dave Nada, Supabeatz, Lucky Date, and DJ Neoteric, No Body showed great promise. And that was only the beginning. Fresh off their heavily discussed Las Vegas Electric Daisy Carnival DJ set on The Discovery Stage – No Body is excited to be back home in L.A. continuing their homerun hitting streak of stellar stage performances! http://soundcloud.com/no-body-official
